The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into Business Process Reengineering (BPR) has the potential to reorganize Businesses. Business Process Reengineering (BPR) is the fundamental rethinking and radical redesign of business processes to achieve significant improvements in critical measures of performance, such as cost, quality, service, and speed. Most research focuses on large corporations, with limited studies examining the unique challenges and opportunities faced by small-scale enterprises. This gap highlights the need for more targeted research to understand how small businesses can effectively utilize AI for process reengineering. The study also highlights the need for sector-specific analysis and a deeper exploration of regulatory impacts on AI implementation. The study goes further to compare the application of AI in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) in small enterprises across Luxembourg, Germany, and Malaysia, considering factors such as economy, population, and the specific challenges and advantages in each country.
